Why we built it
Engineers told us the same thing: the job-management apps handle invoices, and the manufacturer apps only know one brand. Nothing sits in the middle to help you work out a fault and think about safety. NwadFix is that tool.
Who is behind it
NwadFix is built by NWADO SOLUTIONS LTD (NWADOS), a UK company. Our registered office and company number are shown in the footer. A Gas Safe Engineer is part of the team and reviews our safety wording and fault-code explanations.
How we write fault-code content
The explanations on this site are original, in our own words. We do not reproduce manufacturer manuals. Each entry is reviewed before it is published and shows the date it was last reviewed.
What NwadFix is not
Not a substitute for your training or registration. Not an approved tool of any regulator. Not affiliated with any manufacturer.
NwadFix is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by Gas Safe Register, the HSE or any boiler manufacturer. Manufacturer and brand names are used only to identify the appliances engineers work on.
